| Details: | SUMMARY: The firm owners daughter contacted me in June, stating the defiencies had been addressed, but since just having a baby, asked to postpone for at least 30 days. Due to additional responsibilities the appointment has not been made in time. I will be calling to arrange a meeting before August 31, 2015 to confirm that the deficiences have been addressed. DETAILS: Due to the need for a translator to be present, the deadline is extended in order to arrange an onsite meeting with the owner and the translator.
