| Details: | SUMMARY: E. coli Positive Follow Up DETAILS: Met with Bob on site to assist with collection of source samples after the batch chlorination of the well. Bob explained that a water valve broke at the same time the septic tank for the coffee shop building was being repaired, and some dirty water got into the piping which he believes was the likely cause of the E. coli detections. System posted a public notice in the coffee shop. 8/12 - all five source samples tested absent so the Do Not Drink notice was taken down. ACTION NEEDED: System to collect five routine samples in September, plus one source/assessment sample. Plans for a second UV unit fo rthe production building to be submitted. | ||
