DETAILS: 8-28-15 --- Corrective Action Plan is in place to correct all significant deficiencies from the 3-24-15 water system survey by 9-30-15. The three remaining deficiencies are (1) Lead and Copper sampling, (2) Cross Connection enabling authority, (3) Consumer Confidence Report: The other significant deficiencies have been corrected.
