Details:	Had a productive conversation with Kaye Briggs--de facto system secretary. She stated there is no board overseeing E-H Water System. Kaye stated she had a message from Jason Carson, RCAC, but has not called him back. I encouraged her to call Jason back because he can put Phillip in touch with programs with funding to improve the system. I also gave Kaye Dan Vaage's (Circuit Rider) contact information and we talked about the report Dan provided about his visit with Phillip. Kaye talked about planning a meeting with some of the customers who had been contacting her and Phillip; I encouraged her to do so and reiterated that there is help available to fund and repair the system. Good news for system: Kaye stated that the new chlorinator has been installed. According to Kaye, the former chlorinator stopped working in or around November 2020; after being unable to replace a broken part, the new chlorinator was purchased.
