| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert follow up for TC+ temp routines DETAILS: System had a routine total coliform positive August 20th. All four repeat sample including source sample absent. System forgot that they needed to take 5 temp routines in August so quickly sampled 5 temp routines on the 26th all 5 total coliform positive. No need for repeats as a violation has already been established. Spoke with Gene, and they will be chlorinating the system and taking another 5 temp routines in September to ensure all absent. System is notifying residents of the chlorination and will distribute PN door to door after all samples absent for coliforms. ACTION NEEDED: Find and fix and get copy of PN to me. 5 temp routine during September which can act as verification samples for correction. | ||
