Details:	SUMMARY: PNC Resolutions DETAILS: 12/23114- Assisted Annette Fordyce with posting a second public notice for the most recent coliform tests, which were all positive, on 10/30114. Annette Fordyce confirmed the farm store is now closed for the season but they would shock the well and distribution system again. We discussed that they will need to do 5 routine tests in May when the farm store reopens.4/8/15 - Sent letter to system summarizing the violations and how to resolve them. 7/27115 - E-mail from Brad Daniels, I wanted to let you know I closed the complianceschedule for this water system after seeing they submitted both coliform and nitratesamples. ACTION NEEDED: Submitted to dwp.dmce two public notices from 11107 and 12/23. Firm will take 5 routine samples in May when they reopen.
