| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: Gary Gilmore called and stated the UV light has been removed. I visited the system on 7/28115 and confirmed removal of the light. Photos of the corrective action were obtained for reference. The well remains in violation of setback distance. No well log is available and the well will not be considered for a construction waiver . Test result history indicates the well is not a threat to public health and the well remains under conditional approval. ACTION NEEDED: No further action required. | ||
