This water system serves 110 people through 55 service connections.The Circuit Rider was contacted by Delbert Bell (Klamath County Public Health). The water system is in need of administrative and operational assistance. This includes an O&M Manual, Administrative Procedures and Emergency Response Plan. Met with water system on site.
