Turbidimeters were calibrated 7/31/152. Approved EPA method provided 6/27/153. Chlorine residual measured in the distribution system 2 a week beginning in August- photo of log book sent 8/27/15 4. Clearwell screened vent installed 8/10/155. Coliform sampling plan completed 8/4/156. O & M manual completed 8/31/157. Emergency Response Plan completed 8/4/15 ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
