| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up on routine total coliform positive DETAILS: Mark called in the morning of 9/4/15, to mention that the City had taken the required 3 repeat samples due to the 9/1/15 total coliform positive, E. coli negative routine sample collected at the Hawthorne St. station. City was notified that the 3 repeat samples collected on 9/3/15 are all coliform negative on 9/4/15. City will collect triggered source coliform samples at wells #2, 3 and 4 (all the active wells) today (9/4), with results due in on Saturday. ACTION NEEDED: City to review results of 3 source samples with DWS if there are any questions. City to collect 5 temporary routine samples in distribution during October. 9/8/15 - Mark indicated all 3 triggered source samples collected at wells #2, 3 and 4 are coliform absent. | ||
