| Details: | SUMMARY: deficiency corrections/plan review DETAILS: Spoke to Debra Willis by phone and followed up with email: Debra,This email relates to North Bayside Estates – NORTH system. A few minutes ago I sent you an email related to the SOUTH system. After speaking to Jay @ DWS about your plan review requirements for wells, it will not be necessary to draw samples from well #3 or build a well house for well #3. This is based on the assertion that well #3 has not seen use since the year 2000 or earlier and there is no intact piping connecting well #3 to the rest of the water system. Make sure the latter is obvious to an inspector.ALSO Please bring me documentation of corrections you have made to the deficiencies noted in last summer’s water system survey. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
