| Details: | SUMMARY: setback waiver request and sig def correction DETAILS: Mayor Jack Bascomb submitted a setback waiver request for the City of Helix. The issue identified during the survey was farming practices within 20 ft of the well. The alternate methods proposed were: drilling into a confined aquifer and working with the landowner on pesticide and herbicide use. The waiver was approved by Kari Salis. This waiver also corrected the significant deficiency noted during the Nov 2014 survey. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
