| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for a nitrate result of 10.6 mg/l from a sample collected on 9/2/15. This sample was collected to follow up on the nitrate sample from 8/19/15, which was accidentally collected from the raw water tap. Spoke with Joe. Provided him with the public notice template. Joe was able to have the notice distributed the same day, and sent a copy to DWS. ACTION NEEDED: Treatment system to be adjusted and another nitrate sample collected. | ||
