Details: SUMMARY: CHEM6843 --- The arsenic sample collected on 8-17-15 tested over the MCL at 0.015 ppm. DETAILS: 8-27-15 ---The arsenic sample collected on 8-17-15 tested over the MCL at 0.015 ppm. This was is one in the sequence of samples required by Joe Carlson. I spoke with John Staver and Steve Krupicka (541-951-9201) and informed them of the result-- Steve has called Dave Funderburke (contractor) to troubleshoot the system. I requested they keep me advised of what corrective action is taken by the contractor. 9-8-15 --- I spoke with Steve K., he informed me Dave Funderburke has been out to service the treatment system and is still working on it. I reminded Steve to collect the monthly arsenic sample as per Joe Carlsons requirement. ACTION NEEDED: See above.
