| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation Follow-up contact DETAILS: The system had 11priority non-complier points, I made contact to discuss the steps that needed to be taken to reduce these points and to get the system back to compliance. While looking into this with the water system the PNC points were reduced to 5 by auto RTC (return to compliance) by DMCE. The system has plans to take a Nitrate , Pb/Cu, SOC and DBP sample in the month of September. Assessment samples will be taken on wells 2(AA), well 4 (AB), well 7 (AD).. ACTION NEEDED: Change status of well #6 (AC) to Emergency Status.Have DMCE Return to compliance those violation for non reporting assessment samples in 2014 when the 2015 samples have been received. | ||
