| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL- Temp routine total coliform positive for sample date 1-12-15 DETAILS: The operator contacted me to let me know that 2 routine samples were positive out of the 5 taken. He indicated that he will update the public notice & chlorinate at the spring & distribution system. They also have a new lid for the spring box as the old lid had deteriorated significantly. I also gave the operator the circuit rider contact information to help with corrective actions needed. I reminded him that a source sample will be needed & 5 temp routine samples are needed next month. No need for repeats since 2 samples were coliform positive. ACTION NEEDED: obtain copy of public notice & send to DWS. | ||
