| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL- 2/4 repeat total coliform positives for sample date 2/18/15 DETAILS: The system works with David Jacob for technical assistance. David indicated that the he disinfected the well & distribution system to 1 ppm chlorine. There was a sediment build up in the reservoirs that is has been flushed out. He has taken special samples & sample came back clean. He will send out a resolved total coliform public & send a copy to DWS. He will be sure to take 5 temp routine samples in April. He said that Cal Bertram is the contact for the system. I will send a contact change for the DWS. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of public notice & monitor follow up samples. Send a contact change to DWS. | ||
