| Details: | SUMMARY: boil water notice issued DETAILS: The system had MCL violations for total coliform in July and August 2015. Repeat samples in September came back as : 3 total coliform, 1 E. Coli and 1 absent. Spole with Jerry on the phone and emailed a boil water notice template. They are having a specialist come in on Tuesday to batch the system and flush. Once the chlorine is out of the system, additional coliform samples will be collected. ACTION NEEDED: Distribute public notice and send DWS a copy, find and fix the source of contamination, and take additional samples. Five good coliform samples are needed to release the boil water notice. | ||
