| Details: | SUMMARY: tc positive repeat sample **boil notice** DETAILS: System is on a boil water notice. System has been batch chlorinated and flushed. There were 5 repeat samples collected on 8/19/15. One of the 5 was total coliform positive. Therefore the boil notice is still in effect. ACTION NEEDED: Additional system flushing and samples will be needed to be able to lift the notice. **5 repeat samples were collected on 8/25/15 and were all absent for bacteria - boil notice was lifted** 5 temporary routine samples will be needed in September. | ||
