Details: SUMMARY: routine total coliform positive for sample date 3/10/15 DETAILS: I emailed Silas to let him know about the total coliform positive sample. I let him know to be sure to take 3 repeat samples & a source at the well head. I also reminded him to be sure 5 temp routine samples are taken next month. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor further sampling & follow up as needed.
