| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL- repeat total coliform positive for sample date 3/16/15 DETAILS: I emailed Silas to let him know about the repeat total coliform positive sample. I let him know to be sure do a public notice & please send a copy of the notice to this office and/or DWS. I also reminded him to be sure 5 temp routine samples are taken next month. I also asked if he had any idea what was causing the coliform ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of public notice & follow up as needed. | ||
