| Details: | SUMMARY: total coliform positive for sample date 3/26/15 DETAILS: Operator called to find out what further sampling would be needed. I left a message to let him know that he needs to take a source sample at the well head & 4 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also mentioned that he should check the chlorinator to be sure it is operating properly. I also mentioned to take 5 temp routine samples next month. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
