| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date- 6-9-15 DETAILS: Contacted the operator to let him know to take a source sample at the wellhead & 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. He said the concessionaire is pulling the follow up samples. I reminded him to be sure to have them take 5 temp routine samples next month. ACTION NEEDED: monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary | ||
