| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL- Repeat total coliform positives for sample date- 6-10-15 DETAILS: Contacted the operator to let him know that all of the repeat samples & source sample was positive. He said the he would post a coliform public notice. He also said that he would have the concessionaire (Don Smith) disinfect the well & distribution system. I also reminded him to take 5 temp routine samples next month. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of the public notice & monitor follow up samples. | ||
