| Details: | Herb called to let DWS know that one of the repeat samples collected was positive for total coliform. The positive sample was collected at a different location than the recent routine positive, so a Level 1 investigation will need to be completed. Herb noted that there had been a pipe break that was repaired recently, which could be the cause of the detections. Herb was sent the Level 1 form by email. | ||
