| Details: | SUMMARY: Assessment e-coli positive for sample date 6-30-15 DETAILS: Contacted the operator to let her know to take 5 source assessment samples at the well head. The system is on a monthly source assessment schedule. I let her know that if any samples come back to confirm the e-coli the system would need to follow the ground water rule guidelines following a confirmed source E-coli. She would be on a boil water until further notice. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sampling & respond as necessary | ||
