Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate detect of 5.11 for sample date 7/14/15 DETAILS: Contacted the facility. Spoke with manager at restaurant to inform them about the higher level of nitrate in the sample taken 7/14. I let her know to have the treatment unit checked out. The system is already on quarterly sampling. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time.
