| Details: | SUMMARY: VOC- 1,1,1- Trichloroethane & 1,1 Dichloroethylene detects for sample date 5/27/15 DETAILS: Contacted the operator to let him know that the two VOC chems were detected in the recent round of testing. I let him know that confirmation samples will be needed for each of the samples. The results of the confirmation sample will determine if follow ups will determine if quarterly sampling will be required. He said he would call the lab to schedule follow up samples. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor & follow up as needed. | ||
