| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 7/23/15 DETAILS: Contacted operator to let her know about total coliform. I let her know sample at the well head & 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. She indicated that work had been done to the system. She feels this is likely the cause of the total coliform. I told her it probably is & disinfection will likely be needed. I could send her instructions or she could hire a company to do the work for the system. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow ups samples & respond as needed. | ||
