Details: SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 7/23/15 DETAILS: Contacted the operator to let him know about the total coliform positive. He said that the lab was pulling follow up repeat samples & source sample at that very moment. I let him know to be sure to take 5 temp routine sample the following month. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary
