Details: SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 7/28/15 DETAILS: Called the operator & left him a message that this system has a total coliform positive. I let him know to take a source sample at the well head & 3 distribution system repeats. I also let him know to take 5 temp routine samples next month. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary
