| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL- Routine total coliform positive for sample date 8/4/15 DETAILS: I contacted the operator & left a message for him to let him know that a repeat was positive for total coliform. I also let him know that auxiliary well was positive. I let him know that a public notice for total coliform would be needed. I let him know that the chlorine residual is very low on the sample that was positive for total coliform. I let him know that 5 temp routine samples will be needed in September. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of public notice. monitor sample follow up results | ||
