| Details: | SUMMARY: : AS & RT Sample Type Total Coliform positive-- sample date 8/10/2015. DETAILS: The last positive for total coliform for firm was back in November. The current sample type was a routine and three assessments, which all were positive for Total Coliform except for one assessment on Well#3. The firm is testing for free chlorineand utilizes a chlorine residual of 1.5. The Drinking water program needs to find out if testing is being completed either by digital or color wheel for the chlorine and if the result is being read immediately - or waiting several minutes . Firm will contact me later with information ACTION NEEDED: The firm will need 4 repeat samples - one original positive location (L-3 lab) and then 3 other locations. No other source samples are needed as they were taken at the same time as the positive. Additionally, 5 temporary routines (all distribution- no source) will be required in September . | ||
