| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Positive Sample DETAILS: Bill Mitchell called to report that the sample taken at the last service connection at the end of the distribution system was total coliform positive and wanted to know how to collect repeat samples to comply with the rules. I explained that since there are no service connections downstream, that he can take one sample at the original positive site at the last service connection and the other two repeat samples upstream of the original positive sample. He said he would be taking repeat samples today. ACTION NEEDED: System to take 3 repeat samples - none are required downstream, since the original positive was at the last service connection. | ||
