| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive DETAILS: On Sept. 17th, I received an email from Frank of a routine total coliform positive sample collected Sept. 15th. Repeat and source water samples were being collected. On Sept. 21st, two repeat samples collected on Sept. 17th were total coliform positive. Source samples collected at wells #1 and #2 were absent. Called and left message for Frank to discuss corrective action and public notice requirements. On Sept. 22nd, Frank noted three samples were collected on Monday Sept. 21st and all were absent. Cause of coliforms could not be found. We discussed public notice and to collect five routine samples in October. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed at this time |
