Details: SUMMARY: Questions regarding PB/ Cu tests and other necessary tests needed in 2015 DETAILS: The water system tested for Lead & Copper in 2014 but it was in October-- out of the testing window. They received a violation for non-reporting and wanted to know what do to Return to Compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Water system will test for Pb/Cu before the end of the Month and Nitrate by the end of the year. That should bring their violation count down. I am asking that the Violations for non-reporting TCR -- Aug 2012, July 2012, Dec 2011 be RETURNED TO COMPLIANCE
