| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for TC positive result from routine sample collected on 9/15/15 from the portion of the system servedby spring 3. Spoke with Francine. The lab was only able to run two of the five routine samples collected on 9/15. Reviewed sampling requirements. Three more routine samples are due in September for a total of five, plus three repeat samples from the spring 3 distribution system, plus a triggered source sample from spring 3. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect follow up samples, future actions will be based on those results. | ||
