Details: SUMMARY: change of use to school DETAILS: Harris Private School moved into this location. The old Harris Private School PWS #90568 closed. System will be changed to a NTNC and the name will be changed from Life Bible Church to Harris Private School. I explained to Deanna the system would need to take Lead/Copper by the end of this month (from the same locations that were tested in 1998 when it was a school). They would also need to do IOCs, SOCs and VOCs by the end of the year. ACTION NEEDED: none
