| Details: | SUMMARY: Approved contact time of 80 minutes-- Tracer Study and flow meter sig def corrected. DETAILS: Rob Henry from HBH submitted documentation showing how the flow from the reservoir used for contact time is restricted to 300 gpm and provided a very conservative contact time calculation of 80 minutes. This corrects 2/3 significant deficiencies from the July 22, 2015 WSS. ACTION NEEDED: Follow-up on the backwash water recycling significant deficiency by 10/12/2015. | ||
