The District provides water to 1200 people through 403 connections. The District purchases water from the Portland Water Bureau. The Circuit Rider was contacted by Ben Jacobs, a District board member regarding Systems Development Charges. Discussed SDC methodology including methods for system valuation, dealing with infill development, proper accounting and use of SDC funds.
