| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert follow up for positive routine Total Coliform DETAILS: Monthly sample positive for total coliform reported on 11 Sept, 2015. On 15 Sept, 2015 I tried to get ahold of the listed contact person Bonnie Kemmel and had to leave message on voicemail. On Wednesday, 16 Sept, I called and discuss resampling locations and timelines with Tom Meese, contractor for the water system. Four repeat samples submitted on 14 Sept, 2015 (one raw from well #2 BA, one from upstream, same and downstream) . 9/23 talked to Bonnie and Edge lab and all repeats/triggered absent. ACTION NEEDED: Review action plan for a positive test result and public notice. Take 5 temp routines in October from distribution. Discussed revised coliform report. | ||
