| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert follow up for positive routine Total Coliform DETAILS: Monthly sample positive for total coliform reported on 15 Sept, 2015. On Wednesday, 16 Sept, I called and discuss resampling locations and timelines with Brain, contractor for the water system. H will collect five repeat samples tomorrow-- one raw from well BB,one raw from well AA ( well BA currently off line) one from same and two from downstream. Brain is taking two from downstream because the bad sample was from the booster pump and there is no upstream sample site other than the well #BB. 9/23 - spoke with Brian and all 5 repeat/triggered samples absent. ACTION NEEDED: Review action plan for a positive test result and public notice. Take 5 temp routines from distribution in October. Discussed RTCR. | ||
