| Details: | SUMMARY: One repeat sample was positive for total coliform DETAILS: Yesterday, emailed Darren the public notice template and the draft RTCR Level 1 investigation form, to help him think through how the total coliform may have entered the water system. Spoke to him by phone this morning. He will increase the chlorine for a few days to try to eliminate the TC. The usual rate is 1.0 mg/L, so he will double that. When he returns on Monday, he will lower the chlorine again, wait a few days, then take new routine samples (it will be October by then, so those will be the temporary routines). He will be away the rest of this week and will do the public notice after he returns on Monday. ACTION NEEDED: Await copy of public notice. | ||
