| Details: | SUMMARY: limited boil water notice due to line break DETAILS: On Wednesday, a resident on Huddleston Heights noticed water running down the road. We located the shut off and shut water off to approximately 10 residences. Repairs were made Thursday, water was shut off to each resident at their meter, bleach was poured into the line and the shut off was opened. The residents will have their meters turned back on today. Water tests will be taken in on Monday. Boil Water Notices posted at the store and post office. The attached Boil Water notice was also emailed to all but 2 of the customers. The notice was also posted on the Mitchell facebook page. (above paragraph from City Recorder) ACTION NEEDED: When coliform samples are clear, boil notice can be lifted. | ||
