| Details: | SUMMARY: p-Dichlorobenzene detect from sample on 11/12/2014 DETAILS: p-Dichlorobenzene was detected again at a level of 0.00075 mg/L. The MCL is 0.0750 mg/L. I informed the system that they should take another sample to confirm the presence of p-Dichlorobenzene and that this would act as the second quarter of monitoring for 4 quarters if more monitoring is required. ACTION NEEDED: Take a confirmation sample (which will also count as the 2nd quarter of monitoring). Review next sample results to see if quarterly sampling is required. | ||
