Details: SUMMARY: Copper AL - Initial Water Quality Sampling DETAILS: A letter was sent to the operator discussing the requirements for Initial Water Quality Parameters Monitoring. This letter may be viewed upon request at Hood River County Health Department. ACTION NEEDED: Additional information about water quality in the ‘Cascade Locks, City Of’ public water system must be collected including:Two rounds of water quality parameter tests (about two weeks apart) both in the Distribution system and at the Entry-Point. Due by: 5:00pm, Friday, October 30th, 2015One round of lead & copper testing at the water system source wells (taken at the Entry-Point). Due by: 5:00pm, Friday, October 30th, 2015Using the results from the above listed water quality tests, ‘Cascade Locks, City Of’ public water system shall propose and submit written corrosion control measures to Hood River County Health Department, Environmental Health Office for formal review. Due by: 5:00pm, Friday, February, 26th, 2016.
