| Details: | SUMMARY: All significant deficiencies are corrected DETAILS: 1. The system submitted a Tracer Study on 9/25/15 which has been approved by DWS.2. Chlorine is being measured at least 2x a week in the distribution system. The operator submitted log sheets for our review on 9/23/15. 3. It was confirmed by email on 9/23/15 that the temperature is now being measured at the 1st user.4. An updated Coliform sampling plan was completed and submitted on 9/23/15.The new contact time is 51 minutes. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
