| Details: | SUMMARY: Phone Messages With Operator - Corrective Action Plan DETAILS: Denice Hilkey contacted Hood River County Health Department (Ian Stromquist) via phone (9/29/15) and left a message. The summary of the message follows: Cloud Cap water system will conduct repair work starting on 10/13/15. The goal will be to seal the spring box (sanitary seal) from environmental contaminates and resolve all listed deficiencies.Ms. Hilkey also stated that a formal letter would be sent to Hood River County Health Department.Ian Stromquist returned the call later on 9/29/15 and left a message also ACTION NEEDED: Ian Stromquist encouraged that Cloud-Cap water system include specific information about the intended work schedule in the formal letter being drafted so that we could ‘approve’ their corrective action plan – since 10/13/15 will occur after the established 120 day deadline (10/9/15).The operator shall resolve all outstanding (and listed) deficiencies from the WSS conducted on 5/28/15. | ||
