| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive routine sample DETAILS: System had a total coliform positive sample on 9/1/15. (There were 5 temporary routine samples collected and 1 was TC positive). Went over follow up sample requirements. Also spoke with Mark on 9/29/15 and he will be replacing components of the sample taps used. Special samples will be collected post maintenance to check for bacteria. ACTION NEEDED: System collected 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample on 9/3/15. All were absent for bacteria. Spoke with Mark on 9/29/15 about 5 temporary routine samples needed in October. | ||
