| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive routine sample DETAILS: System had collected a routine sample on 9/23/15 that was total coliform positive. I spoke with Dixie and went over the follow up sample requirements. She informed me she also provides bottled water for the customers (always has). DWS also sent a reminder letter outlining the follow up sample requirements on 9/30/15. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample week of Sept. 28th. In October, 5 additional temporary routine samples are to be collected. | ||
